trufru x Ellie Giveaway Terms and Conditions

1. Promoter:
This giveaway is a collaboration between trüfrü UK (part of Mars, Inc.) and Ellie Jarrett @elliejarrett2 on [Instagram and TikTok].

 

2. Eligibility:

  • Open to UK residents aged 18 or over.
  • Employees of Mars, trüfrü, the creator, and their immediate families are not eligible.
  • No purchase necessary to enter.

 

3. How to Enter:

  • Follow both [@trufru_uk] and [@elliejarrett2] on [Instagram & TikTok].
  • Like the giveaway post.
  • Tag [1-3 friends] in the comments (1 comment = 1 entry).
  • Entries close at [12am] on [31st August].

 

4. Winner Selection & Notification:

  • Two winner will be selected at random from eligible entries (one from Instagram and one from TikTok)
  • The winner will be contacted via DM by [@trufru_uk] within [7] days of the giveaway closing.
  • If the winner does not respond within 48 hours, a new winner will be selected.

 

5. Prize:

  • A trüfrü frozen treat bundle: 1x pouch of each flavour (5x pouches of trufru in total), strawberry cushion, branded freezer bag.
  • Prize will be fulfilled by trüfrü UK and shipped to a UK address.
  • No cash alternative, substitutions, or transfers permitted.

 

6. General:

  • trüfrü UK reserves the right to cancel or amend the giveaway in the event of unforeseen circumstances.
  • By entering, participants agree to these Terms & Conditions.
